The Author
Anthony Greenfield’s first-hand experience with the challenges and frustrations of organisational change led him to write two successful books focused on helping organisations harness the psychological factors that drive people to support or oppose change.
Anthony has led major change in a range of industries and countries for over 30 years. Most recently, he supported Argos, South West Water and Jaguar Land Rover with their transformation programmes. He is also on the Associate Faculty of Leeds University Business School and a Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School.
