A Time for Change

November 24, 2023 /Posted byadmin / 1061

I was surprised to find this sculpture depicting change in a vintage warehouse in Yorkshire. It represents the creative tension required for change to take place. The rising figure is striving for the new, at the same time being supported by and a giving support to the lower figure representing the past. Thus, change is built on past successes – creating a sense of continuity.

Portraying change as part of a bigger journey for an organisation helps people come to terms with change and to take ownership for it.
