Anthony Greenfield is a seasoned expert in complex, people-centred organisational change with over 35 years of experience instigating and leading successful transformations. His extensive work includes major projects like transforming mindsets and processes across 1,400 Royal Mail Delivery Offices and embedding a customer-first culture at Jaguar Land Rover dealerships in the UK and North America.
Today, Anthony specialises in training and coaching leaders to work collaboratively with employees to ensure change benefits everyone.

His unique approach to minimising resistance to change is based on addressing five key human needs and is detailed in his first book, ‘The 5 Forces of Change: a blueprint for leading successful change’. He is also on the Associate Faculty of Leeds University Business School, where he lectures MBA students on Organisational Change and Change Leadership.
