Control: People need to have a say in what change is going to happen or how to make it work in practice.
How will we involve people to enable them to own parts of the plan? How will we ensure people feel in control of things?
Connection: People need a chance to discuss the things we need to consign to the past.
What old habits will we leave behind? What new habits do we need? How will we break the old habits and reinforce the new ones?
Success: People will give up on change if they don’t get training and ongoing support.
What training will we provide? How will we support people through the learning curve so they don’t slip back to the old ways? Are we all ready to coach?
